Been having a lot of fun with this forgotten Titan exotic lately and I think I have 1 tweak to it to make it more user friendly.
Current perk, Overflowing Light:
Using an ability (grenade, melee, or barricade) empowers the other two abilities. Empowered means abilities have faster regen, melees and grenades do more damage, and barricades have more hit points.
That last bit is the part that needs adjusted as it ads no tactical value in PvP or PvE.
The change is to, instead of barricades having more hit points they could either add 5 seconds to the Empowered timer or just reset the timer entirely. It is not hard to keep the perk flowing but unless you start the initial fight with a barricade, it simply adds nothing to your empowerment. It will not give you an empowered multiplier unless you start the buff by placing a barricade first, then grenade kill or melee kill while the timer is still active.
Having the barricade possible reset the timer entirely will allow players to strategically plan out their ability usage while being able to prolong the perk.
Also: I noticed a "visual" bug with the melee regeneration. It seems to not visibly show that it it regenerating faster while the buff is active. However, when I get on and off my sparrow the melee energy jumps up a lot or completely fills up indicating that it was in fact increasing from the buff.
