Bug report: Triumph 'Cold fusion' won't unlock
I've been trying to farm this triumph last weekend and managed to hit the prerequisites about four times, but it just won't unlock. Using the [i]ERENTIL FR4 Fusion Rifle[/i]. Pic: http://prntscr.com/ogc2o3
EDIT 17-07-2019 at 22:18:16: Finally managed to get it with 3 kills, while the triumph only indicates 2 kills

Have you tried it with a linear fusion rifle just to see if it’s fully bugged?
