More landing zones in the Dreaming City
That's it, really. One in each of the other two main areas (Rheasilvia and The Strand) would be great.

They've already said they will never add more landing zones. That area is the 'hub' zone as it connects to everything of important the easiest. On a side note, it's not hard or annoying to move around, unlike if there was only 1 on lets say, Earth.
