All milestones give 2 cores.
Enough to infuse or keep.

Easier fix. Remove them altogether from infusion...

That's not really a fix to the problem though, its a bandaid to a system that isn't really doing anything for the players except hurting them. Enhancement cores are doing what for the community right now exactly? The people who play all the time are still hitting max level quickly anyway because they can afford to sit and play for long periods of time so the cores are not hurting them which means the cores have failed in their job on that side. Meanwhile, the people who can't play all the time are getting shoved out of the game because they don't have enough cores to use the things they want to use (combined with an awful leveling system that makes everything worse). Because cores are important for mastworking you can't have them rain like candy but, by making them part of the infusion process they demand you waste them on something that they have no business being a part of. It takes like what 10+ cores to masterwork one weapon, that's at least 5 infusions worth of items in one piece of gear so no one is going to masterwork anything which breaks both systems. The fix is simple, take the cores out of infusion since they aren't doing anything on that end, and keep the cores rare for masterworking (maybe even expand masterworks to make them more valuable for end game)
