Use lfg please

Stop complaining that comp is competitive. If you were as good as you think you are you would either have found a team or solo qued to fabled. Source: I have entirely solo qued to 2k glory.

For the players that for some reason refuse to join a team then they simply won’t get the weapon they’re aiming for. I’ll never understand how people want to succeed in this game yet refuse to put themselves in a position to do so. Comp is full a teams so instead of joining/creating your own team you cry to bungie to change the playlists entirely. Can’t say it isn’t expected of this community though.

That's a terrible idea. I don't even play comp in a pre made team and know that's a bad idea. Comp is designed for teams. If teams are bothering you that much then make one of your own.

I've been grinding for so long trying to get to a fabled glory rank but always get put on trash teams and get paired against MLG sweat clans. Playing is solo means your performance doesn't matter, what matters is how lucky you are and if you're lucky enough to get put on an okay team.

I feel it would be a watered down quickplay, it is a competitive mode so for those not willing to get i team I think the answer is sucks to suck, be like me asking to solo raid because I don’t want to play with others. Just doesn’t fit the mode imo

I am a solo player in competitive. I am also a below average player and use unpopular weapons. I do that because most people in competitive are better with them anyway but also I never bought a DLC. That said for me it is fine. I have been left by my team and stayed to get slaughtered. I have also been in games with a clan and they did have an advantage, I was okay with that. I have been the weakest player on my team before and had to be followed by good players. But it made me better. I am much better at knowing what part I play and staying in that role. I am much better at knowing what type of style I prefer and playing to that style. I don't rush into a crowd and when I have learned to read the radar more than the actual screen. I even crouch walk everywhere and camp choke points. That way the opponents don't see me and I can pick the engagement better. As a horrible player I like competitive the way it is for now. The players are better and run in groups. Quick play is just people all doing separate things. That's what a solo queue would probably look like just less people. I want competitive to punch me in the mouth and make me better or remind me when I am not playing right. I also play a low level so I probably don't see what you do. Sorry to rant, good luck buddy

Insanelly long queue times. Also comp is suppost to be a communication focused gamemode aka have a team and talk to them. Solo queue almost shoudnt be allowed in comp.
