I bought the lovestruck bundle but did not get the tiny bow emote

Hi, I just bought the lovestruck bundle (1500 silver one) from the eververse store, only when i go to my emote selection screen the emote isnt there. Does anyone know how to fix this, Thanks in advance

I believe the bundle should be in your inventory. You should be able to open it from there.
