Cayde Ghost Code Says Already On My Account

I purchased the Cayde Ghost from Amazon, which is AWESOME, but when I put the code in for the Little Light emblem it says it's already been claimed on my account. Though it's not in my collection, nor does it appear in my list of claimed codes.
