Infinite Forest raid.
Each boss is a random encounter from a D1 raid.
For Example: 3 encounters. 1st would be the death zamboni. 2nd would be templar. 3rd would be Oryx.
Parts in between encounters would be in the infinite forest.
Boss encounters change every week.
Potential to have a glitch in the forest and have two encounters at once or revamped bosses idk.

Could’ve been so much cooler. It could have 3 bosses from the Cabal, Hive, and Fallen. Maybe an enhanced Red Legion Colossus, a bulked up Hive Ogre with no ranged attack, and a modified fallen shank similar to SABER 2. Finally finish up with a massive Data-processor vex harpy with like 4 eyes or something cool like that. No more reskins please.

You know what the OP was talking about right? This was just my idea for bringing the old raids into the game.

Yeah, and it’s a bad idea. The amount of time it would take to import the assets, polish them to D2 graphic levels, and insert them into a new infinite forest would be too long. The time would be better spent putting out new raids. We all look back at the old raids with nostalgia (I still think King’s Fall is the best raid.)

Alright bro I see we aren't going to reach an agreement so I'm gonna stop replying. Good luck in the future and remember God has a plan for you and loves you, peace bro

Don’t like it

You don't have to

I was a bit vague sorry. What I should have said was, if you want them to bring back a new experience like challenge of elders, I would support that, but they would be better off making more than a handful of new encounters with new mechanics instead of recycling old ones and an old area.

OP asked if old raids should come back and i gave my idea. The final boss could some vex monstrosity behind it all but the encounters before it could be old raid bosses. Obviously, bungie could say the simulation is corrupted or something and have the boss or encounter behave and look differently.
