I pulled this one out of collections since it seems to be a pretty rare ship to see. For some reason the sparkly starlight effect on the two black discs only works when you look at the ship in the character item preview. Doesn't look like it sparkles in orbit or in flight. I tested this out in orbit, in flight to another region and in flight to a previous region.
