One eyed mask exotic
This exotic helmet could do with a very slight buff in my opinion.
Nothing major, but I think the marked feature should last a bit longer, and should mark more than one enemy, this would also be useful in pve from time to time.
The overshield is fine so nothing needs changing with that.
Thoughts?

Make it so if I wear it and an enemy PvP player sees me, he can't move or fire his gun in fear. That's literally all it takes to make this at least usable in PvP.
