Sniper Feedback NO MORE RNG BULLETS!!

In Halo 3 the sniper took a ton of skill, however it had no flinch and was a power weapon. So in comparison Destiny 2 has faster TTK primaries + shotguns having range outside of melee distance + Special ammo. Snipers should not be a "power weapon" but they should allow for skill to be involved more. Higher risk + higher reward. Yes a shotgun should be able to have an ADVANTAGE up close (not 10 meters), but snipers should be given the ability to out "skill" someone. Aiming is part of every FPS and when aiming from the hip or in mid-air becomes RNG you have taken the skill away, the ceiling for sniping has been lowered. You allow shotguns to move around with sprint, jumping, and all class abilities.. and stay accurate. You can jump shotgun no problem, shoot from the hip NO PROBLEM. With Snipers the games movement is not used, its about angle and angles alone. No more skill shooting. Allowing Snipers to be able to be hip fired (with little to no aim assist) and bullets to go where the gun is aimed. There is a reticle for all guns in Destiny outside of scope, why not for a sniper? Again, limiting the skill ceiling. Snipers are RNG while jumping. Being able to jump and snipe is a huge skill level... being accurate while your character is moving up and down is something we need to improve sniping. Sitting in the back of the map not flinching is NOT the answer Bungie. The answer lies within functionality of the gun being RNG while getting shot, while in-air, and while out of scope. Ammo is an easy fix, simply adding one bullet per kill to the inventory. The rest of the fixes will allow players who are SKILLED to have ammo. In conclusion changes - - Add an out of scope reticle like all guns have, the bullet goes there while shooting from the hip. - Take out in-air RNG, bullet should go where I am aiming - Take out RNG flinch, practice with a gun helps understand where the flinch will take you. - Ammo needs to be added to the players inventory when getting a kill, only +1.

    LoL. Your arguments for 'better snioers' is laughable. All you want is to roam around with an unlimited range 1HK weapon LoL. Bungie has made it clear they don't want 'aggressive' sniping to be a thing. That video is exactly why we shouldn't have any of your suggestions. No scoping people at range will never happen here.
