Before reading my rant... I use DIM to manage my inventory. If you have never lost an item due to your postmaster filling up this post isn't for you. You're doing fine. If you are a bungie dev and you are reading this... please implement a tiered item priority into the postmaster. If you're here because you have lost a legendary from your postmaster because of low level items getting forced there when you go to orbit after an activity then please feel free to read my rant. Thanks. It would be nice to know that I can go on several missions without worry of crappy blue items, planetary materials and shaders pushing that Prime Engram or Dreaming City gear drop out of my postmaster. Please make it so that blue items, shaders and materials are lost upon return to orbit if it will push legendary items out of the postmaster. I understand if a legendary item will push another legendary out of an overfull postmaster queue, but the rate that blues drop that I don't even notice while I am playing is insane. I know that I will probably get replies like "why don't you just keep your inventory open" or " maybe you should empty your postmaster more often" but if I can't do my 3 strikes for the weekly with a full player inventory and not have my postmaster fill up to the point of pushing items out there is something wrong. Who goes back to the tower between every strike? Sorry for the rant... I just lost a bunch of powerful dreaming city drops that I couldn't grab with DIM because.... reasons?
