Buff ursa furiosa it's very weak
There's no strong reason to use this exotic. It's useless and underused

You say that but I had a titan on the other team exploit some glitch with it that gave it back instantaneously. We didnt shoot him at all or do any damage. So just find out how to use that glitch and you will be golden.
