Why do I have -1300 Silver?

Right so this is odd, I noticed this at the start of Forsaken, I was like sweet free Silver because I heard about it so I'll wait for the iron banner emote and thought nothing of it. So today I try to buy the emote and it says I don't have enough Silver and I instantly knew it was not what I thought it meant so do I seriously have to pay money to get back to 0? I'm just really confused and don't have a single clue on what to do, any help is great (Edit) On Xbox with the edition that comes with the annual pass (Edit 2) Question answered thanks

Destiny 2 Silver Refunds and Negative Silver Balances Players that receive Silver refunds, chargebacks, or have their payments denied by the platform marketplaces may see their Silver balance adjusted in Destiny 2. Bungie does not provide Silver refunds or transfers for any Destiny release. Players that receive platform refunds or chargebacks of Silver they HAVE NOT SPENT in-game will see that the refunded Silver is removed from the Silver balance on their account. Players that receive platform refunds or chargebacks of Silver they HAVE SPENT in-game will see a negative Silver balance on their account. Players with a negative Silver balance will not be able to purchase Eververse Items until the outstanding Silver balance on their account has been repaid. If a Silver purchase is not being accurately reflected on the in-game Silver balance, please see the suggested troubleshooting steps listed below. IMPORTANT: Players found to be abusing Silver refunds or chargebacks may be temporarily restricted or permanently banned.
• You would have negative silver if you had previously bought silver in the past, used it, then did a charge back on the purchase.
