Doing this quest, maybe I found the secret the quest says. The first destroyed vehicle you see just in front of the teleporter, when you approach it, you can scan it. The it says there is where your ghost found you for the fist time. Amanda tells the tale, saying maybe you were part of the crew from the Exodus ship. The quest anyway keep saying still is something of interest there. Cheers.
