Bygones, or maybe Outbreak Prime, or probably the Spartan Laser
-
Bygones is the most consistent Pulse in PvP. Chattering Bone with a good roll would be the best for PvE
-
Queenbreaker.
-
I like all three but I definitely have a biased for my Disgustingly Overpowered Chattering Bone roll (Full Auto, Headseeker, High Caliber rounds and A Range Masterwork) I cant take it off ever since I got it the only thing to replace it is my D.F.A or Ghost Primus.
-
Go figure with outlaw and rampage never lets me down PvP or PvE.
-
Outbreak Prime
-
Last Perdition.
-
Got a bygones with my personal god rolls haven't put it done it has become my staple for pve and pvp
-
I have go figure on all my characters. 2 with outlaw/rampage and 1 with outlaw/kill clip. I like the hard hitting sound it makes and how easily it rips through mobs.

Chattering bone for PvE, Bygones for PvP.
-
Been using a bygones with outlaw and kill clip and gave it a counterbalance stock
-
All three. One in each hand and one taped to your forehead.

Bygones for PvP, Go Figure for PvE. My Go Figure has Outlaw/Kill Clip with Stability masterwork and far outranges my Bygones and hits much harder, but the Bygones seems much more consistent for PvP. Just my two cents.

So Nerf Pulse Rifles? /Bungie

Bygones..outlaw rampage and stability for masterwork
-
Hopscotch pilgrim with head seaker and feeding frenzy.
-
The Go Figure on my Titan is my fave weapon.
-
Only have Chattering bone. Have to say I’ve never had a gun ever in this game where EVERY singje shader looks like total sh!t on it. But now I do.

With my rolls: Bygones for pvp Chattering for pve I know people who love GF but it’s too slow for me personally.
