Your feelings are not wrong. The system is gamed heavily against players who aren't streamers or have the luxury of sitting at home all day.

Weird it's almost like the person who plays more has more chances at getting stuff.....

Weird it's almost like the person who plays like its their job is the only one who has a chance at getting anything period

Its heavily skiewed, they even took action to lock out people who hadn't used an exploit to limit who could get into the last raid.
-
Yeah cause there weren't people attempting to do the raid when it released way undergeared. Oh right that wasn't even just last wish, that's been every raid since vault of glass in d1. Every raid in every other mmo. They didn't limit who could go into the raid, they set it's power levels and said go. Sure some people gamed the system and got way higher than intended. but by no means was anyone locked out of it
-
They literally changed the starting level on the first day because they knew streamers using the exploit had jumped 30 levels past where they were supposed to be

That's not a lock out, like i said they set the power level and said go
-
it locked out effectively every person who wasnt a streamer who had participated in past first day raids. infact there was an upset from a group of "nobodys" getting worlds first before
-
There were people going into at 520 far below recommended, no one was locked out of it, stop saying lockout
-
People who literally did zero damage? Yeah, because originally it was listed as 530. 520 would have been well within an operable level considering how the scales work.
