No need to post videos on the forums, as that may cause potential harassment which is against the Code Of Conduct that you agreed to when you joined Bungie.net. If anyone believes that’s someone is cheating, please use the in game options or the suspect cheating form which I will link below, then Bungie will investigate. https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Troubleshoot?oid=13967

 • Wouldn’t the Code of Conduct more aptly be called the Morse Code of Conduct? It is applied so inconsistently as to be naught but dots and broken dashes... 1) If a guilty player is disciplined and banned, how are they around to harass? 2) if a guilty player is neither disciplined nor banned, aren’t they the ones actually guilty of harassment? When does that harassment get addressed? 3) Corruption grows in the shadows, why then isn’t shining light on the corruption the answer? Isn’t that why “democratic” countries have open courts? 4) If someone posts a video of a real life event, how is that harassment?Isn’t there an active, pursuit, or stalking component to harassment? You know, like you actually have to harass them? Spamming forums telling other players to avoid cheater? Harassment. Posting a video and letting individuals draw their own conclusion? Isn’t that just news or a recording of historic events? 5) If it is against Code of Conduct to post the video because the cheater might get harassed, then shouldn’t streaming be banned because a streamer’s follower can harass his competition...even to the point of DoS? See? Morse Code of Conduct.

 • Here it is folks proof straight from the mouth of the scumgie paid shills that they protect cheaters and are more worried about banning people for naming and shaming than they are banning cheaters and people who ddos which is an actual federal crime as it falls under the patriot act as it's classified as cyber terrorism

 • Wait wait, it’s harassment if we post actual proof of cheating? I need a reason why because you guys don’t do anything to stop the cheating at all. Matter of fact, the fact that you guys do nothing about the cheating, even after getting massive complaints about it but do everything in your power to hand out harassment bans or whatever it is for posting the cheating in action, is basically like Negligence on your part. You guys clearly support it, and don’t tell us you don’t, especially when no action has been taken at all.

 • Videos can be altered to make it seem legit. Now bungie is just as hard on cheater as they are for ppl breaking the forums rules. Except it easier to prove it with the text ppl post unlike cheater who know how to cover their trails. Bungie does ban but it doesn't mean they can get them all. We already now bungie ban due to post from player claiming they had an unfair ban.

 • Sure there’s a need to post videos of proof of cheating. It helps everyone know who to avoid since bungie doesn’t do a damn thing about it . Possibly allows for harassment ? So again more concern for the cheating fools than the legit players who are being essentially harassed ! Makes sense ! I wonder how the player count is doing these days .... oh yes not good ! Wonder why !

 • Bungie doesn't do anything with the reports that is the whole issues. DDos, mod and script users, lag switchers, nothing

 •
as that may cause potential harassment
Then again, it would alert other guardians of people to avoid. You guys seem to be doing the sweet amount of -blam!- all about it, so why not allow us to learn who to avoid?

 • Bungie gets confronted with people actually cheating. Bungie rewards the cheaters. Bungie protects the cheaters by hiding their identity.
