Telesto for PVP is broken
Basically is broken. Thats all. Range and damage. Whats the downside of using Telesto

1. You trade a lot on kills. 2. It can be easily avoided by quickly jumping (you hear them charge) and causing some of the bullets to miss. 3. It cost an exotic slot which in most cases is better used on something else. Just to name a few. It is strong. But it is nowhere near broken...
