I'm pretty sure if you have had a pair it was instantly dismantled or used for infusion because there is no place for them really, the disorientation ability doesn't even affect anything over an orange bar in pve and in pvp enemies have zero problems after being disoriented killing you (they still walk the same speed i don't even think the blindness last for more then a second) they just need some kind of over all rework.
