Buff fist of havoc.

I like fist of havoc. It's not a bad super, I just wish it had more usability, especially since a lot of titan supers are already aoe/splash damage to begin with. I think the only real problems with fist of havoc are the low-end damage and the insane amount of energy it takes per attack. As a super, it's really fast and it's effective for what it does...but it just feels so weak in pve that I usually avoid it altogether. I think a 20% buff to the fist of havoc slam and a 30% buff to the shoulder charge (DURING FIST OF HAVOC) in pve would go a long way. In activities like nightfall, it takes roughly 3 entire fists of havoc to kill a orange bar knight when you don't use code of the earthshaker. Since you can only use fist of havoc 3 entire times (not including the initial one) the damage is just not acceptable. Next would be the energy consumption. This super has a really nice duration and that doesn't need a buff, but the energy it takes per attack is ridiculous. If you've ever used fist of havoc, you can see just how much energy it uses per attack. I know people probably wouldn't like this in crucible, but it really needs a energy reduction per attack. I think a straight 25% reduction to fist of havoc would be a really good one, and a 15% reduction to the shoulder charge would definitely help. You can only use 3 fists of havoc OR 7 shoulder charges if you use the super from beginning to end. Having an extra fist of havoc and an extra shoulder charge would help so much. I know titan supers aren't meant to be efficient, but fist of havoc is overkill with the energy it burns. Edit: to clarify with everyone, this post is about the super and not the neutral game. I have no issues with the neutral game with striker (besides maybe a small one with juggernaut). I just want this super to make better use of its sole purpose, which is to clear ads. Since titans already have 5 other supers that do the same exact thing, I don't necessarily think fist of havoc performs all that well, especially since the release of the new supers. A 25% reduction would only grant an extra slam if you used the super from start to finish, not a straight addition to the duration. This buff would also not effect aftershocks which doesn't need a buff. Remember, I'm talking about the base super. When I say shoulder charge, I mean the light attack in the super, not the melee ability.
