Before clan leader quit D2 last year he promoted me to admin but I still can't change the clan name?
Our clan founder quit D2 around Osiris and isn't coming back. He promoted me to Admin, knowing I'd keep the clan running.
Since then we've earned every clan stave but the name we have means nothing to us - only to the founder who made it. I've asked him to login and promote me to founder (if that's even possible).
We just want to change the name to reflect the clan as it is now and not lose all our hard work over the last year and change.
What can I do?

[url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Post/249433654]I just had this same issue earlier today[/url]. Our founder quit playing Destiny but had given me admin status so I could keep things running. I had changed our clan name about 2 years ago so I know for a fact that I had the ability to change the clan name before, but today I did not have that option. I even had him login to his account to make sure that that option was enabled and it was. The only way we were able to fix it was for him to transfer founder status to me. Now I can change or edit anything at all with our clan. Hope this helps.

2 RepliesOnly the founder can change the name, unless he/she alters clan settings to also allow admins to make the changes.
