So I'm just wondering..Can people not communicate in an educated polite way playing video games or do you see somebody doing something you dnt like and just write a post about it or yell at them or call them names like an adolescent? Serious question, because sometimes people really astonish me .

    You really “astonish” me.
like an adolescent
Chances are, you’re an adolescent yourself, and the kind of person who hates his own generation because he wants to be “different”. However, that just puts you in a whole crowd of edgelords. You see, the point of this post is that there isn’t enough knowledge or teamwork of Gambit going around—and that’s a consequence of a lack of communication. You know, you really need a paint job if you’re going to start calling kettles black, and I’m not only taking about adolescence.

  • Well I'm a 30 year old kid. I'm not ashamed of that whatsoever. The difference is I dnt act any different over the internet than I do in person. I dnt think hiding behind a keyboard is a very brave thing to do. I know how to be an adult and get along with other people. Maybe because I take responsibility for the things I do and not blame the way I act one everyone else. Like "this site is toxic si I might as well follow the crowd" na champ. I'm me day or night rain or shine. Maybe it's how I grew up. Acting like an oversized child would get you smacked in the mouth, but now says on the internet people feel comfy hiding behind their keyboard all safe and tucked in so they get courage. It's a tell tale sign of a sissy really.

  •
Well I'm a 30 year old kid. I'm not ashamed of that whatsoever.
Well, I know that I would be ashamed if I spent several hours on end typing a long rant to pick a fight with someone half their age. And yes, you are a 30 year-old kid.
The difference is I dnt act any different over the internet than I do in person. I dnt think hiding behind a keyboard is a very brave thing to do. I know how to be an adult and get along with other people. Maybe because I take responsibility for the things I do and not blame the way I act one everyone else.
You’re right: Hiding behind a keyboard and attacking people left and right with the anonymity of the Internet isn’t very admirable whatsoever. What’s just as bad is using that anonymity to police people’s opinions and sense of humor without any legitimate stance. You’re making yourself out to be pretty arrogant, as you already deem yourself superior to most people on this website (and I would even say the Internet as a whole, although you wouldn’t admit that yourself). I never put the blame on any specific group of people, and I wouldn’t be afraid to admit that I’ve made a mistake whenever I do make one. Believe me, if taking responsibility is the subject, I’ve had to do that a lot.
Like "this site is toxic si I might as well follow the crowd" na champ. I'm me day or night rain or shine. Maybe it's how I grew up.
I made this post because I saw that the “crowd” was very uninformed on a certain issue, and thought that this would spread awareness of it. The whole angry rant thing was meant as a rhetorical overstatement that emphasizes the issues and frustrations with Gambit. I honestly thought that I was going to get shot down by posting this, and was honestly surprised by the attention and support this got. If I ever made something in an attempt to “follow the crowd”, this definitely isn’t it. You think that you’re special because you’re “you”, but I’ve certainly met a lot of people with the same attitude and arrogance that fit in the same scope.
Acting like an oversized child would get you smacked in the mouth, but now says on the internet people feel comfy hiding behind their keyboard all safe and tucked in so they get courage. It's a tell tale sign of a sissy really.
If I ever acted out of line, I would have gotten disciplined, or even la chancla if it was severe enough. If your own parents saw you picking fights with teenagers and young adults online, they would probably do the same thing to you. I don’t think that I need to waste my time trying to come up with a paragraph of hood insults to prove who’s the sissy here.
