Now just imagine static rolls. I am glad they are random rolls now. I just squint for 3 seconds before deleting, instead of just deleting immediately.

How about getting weapons with both? If weapons have a base perk to make it unique and the RR is there to get the best combo will people lose interest? Or will everyone get tired of endless grinding to amass a collection of equally useless weapons with different names? Maybe people are going to love finally finishing the new monolith of a raid to end up with trash weapons because RR is so exciting.
