Just played three matches (I know its not a lot for an opinion but it was all I could stand). It was a lot of fun running around as my arc titan and one hit shoulder charging unsuspecting players. The shotguns and snipers were definitely fun to use and I can tell players are going to go crazy with them for a few weeks until a new meta forms- standard stuff. However, I can't see myself ever enjoying this change to pvp until two glaring flaws are addressed: one being the obvious matchmaking problem. Played 1 match and got paired up with some insane players and one of whom was an Irrritatingly annoying t-bagger (you know who you are). Next thing that happened was that I got a message saying that we got taken out of that because the match was not balanced or something like that- I understand and thank you Bungie. I ended up playing the same t-bagger and we got housed. I do not play pvp, only for the milestones, and I expect this kind of outcome. The MM is getting fixed so that blah blah Bungie helps the balancing blah blah blah. That will never happen in the way we thinks so whatever to that. Another thing is the maps are just way to small for this style of game play. You go in get two shotgun kills and die OR you go in get two shotgun kills and don't die... pick up a few special ammo bricks and continue the cycle. The maps are not made for the amount of shotguning there is and we need larger maps again and different ways to promote other weapon types. IDK I don't play pvp so who cares about what I have to say and your opinion is obviously correct and I'm dumb for thinking this way, whatever I'm just calling what I see and I don't see any enjoyment in crucible like I did in D1. RIP Cayde and RIP Shaxx, two guardians I will not be seeing again (oh and you two salad head).
