App issue

Cant see any item from vendors,only list.but when i open it get error "vendor cant be found"

    • Hello, you may not have tried this but maybe you should try re-installing the app. This may help, because the files for that vendor may be missing. If this does not help then you should try using another device and see if that works. If all of that does not work then you are probably out of luck and the error code will be stuck with you forever.
