Bump all the way to the top floor

I’ve only been playing video games for around 5 or 6 years now and I primarily play PVP without even finishing the PVE mode. During that time I certain that I’ve never seen anything anywhere close to be as bad as D2 is at matchmaking. There is ABSOLUTELY ZERO competitive value to Destiny 2 PVP as a result of the absolutely atrocious matchmaking that heavily favors one team in the large majority of matches. There’s little question that Bungie is not at all concerned about balance in PVP. Just a terrible studio in general right now.

My point exactly

I disagree they all do this when you play solo.
-
So you’re saying I can’t play solo? Funny....
-
It's almost like that skill based matchmaking everyone complained about was necessary

Thing is the reason people hated the skill based mm was because they'd go against people from across the world and since this game still relys on peer to peer connection which is outdated causes huge amounts of lag and other connection issues.

On d2 you have the same cheaters with less lag

Getting matched against a person in Italy and Mexico give me brain aneurysms

Edited by Crymzen: 6/14/2018 9:12:57 AMI dunno about that. The "True Skill" system in Halo 3 was pretty fkin bad. Putting 50's against 10's, then there was boosted accounts as well as those 50 accounts that dropped down to 1 via quitting and AFKing so they could either build a loss streak to boost fresh accounts (People actually paid MS points for that back in the day) or so they could always get paired up agaist newbies to ruin their day. Oh and the game force starting with unballanced teams like 4 v 3 and so on. And Halo 3 had no join in progress so honestly compared to that? Destiny has solid matchmaking. True Skill was pretty bad..

Bungie cannot balance Weapons, abilities, and matchmaking. Simple

A bungie product after all

I don’t think it can get any worse than this. Then again, this is Bungie. I rather they not include a PvP mode if they can’t matchmake or buff/nerf weapons regularly. Why does Borderlands not have PvP? Because it would be extremely unbalanced. Bekah, Norfleet, Grog... they’re all OP
