Spice up PvP please

I have been a total fan boy of Destiny I'll admit that. I have logged in weeks of game time between the two games. Over 22 days on D1 and over 15 days on D2. This has been my favorite game for literal years now. I help many people learn and complete countless raid runs. I may not be the best "PvPer" witch is why you would't find me in Trials but i became a staple in the Crucible. Banner became my only focus when live and it was considered a sin to ask me to do anything else during that week. And its with this love of the game that I say, BUNGIE! YOU MUCKED UP PvP! But that's not why I'm here. I, like everyone else who loves this game, want to make my case to you Bungie. We love this game and it pains me to see it bleed out like this. Hear out your FAITHFUL community and take from us the ideas we share. Not everything needs to be nerfed. We don't need things to be simplified. We like the depth and complexity. We enjoy the thrill of the hunt and getting lost in speculation. This includes everything from the build of out sub-classes and weapons/gear to the story and gameplay. What you had going on D1 was great especially after TTK. I want to be able to select my own game modes in PvP again and also have the chance to rematch teams we just played. (I've met a lot of my friends that way.) I understand that there was some sort of "need" for the reboot but that not for me to debate. I want to make at lease one suggestion in hopes that someone from the office will look this over and at least consider something similar to if not this idea(s). This is my idea of a new type of PvP Game mode. It mixes the end game, top tier NPC of the latest DLC with the high octane gamplay of the Crucible. When i say "Top Tier", I'm referring to end game majors. The kind of NPCs you would call a "high value target" in patrols or (what i personally prefer) majors from a nightfall or a raid. Like the guards at the start of the Leviathan raid. I also would love the idea of having some of the legendary Guardians as these targets. Like, "Shaxx wants to get into the fray to test us in person.) Using large maps will allow for the player to hunt and be hunted. Having top tier NPCs make getting that kill point and surviving the encounter more rewarding to players. Game Mode Idea: High Stakes Goal: Assassination Team(s): 4 Teams of 3 Objective: 5 NPC Target (1 at a time) Scoring: Bounty / Kill based Map Size: Large Breakdown: This is a race to the kill. There is a high value target on the field with a large bounty on their head. Keep in mind these guys wont go down easy. Some of the targets may have protection. The less protection they have, the tougher the target. Move fast and strike hard if you want that payout. On top of all of this, there are Guardians that might get in the way of your pay. Taking out anyone in your way will net you a small bonus. Everyone gets their pay once all targets have been eliminated. Scoring: - Target / Large Unit (20) 50 / +5 bonus - Target / Small Unit (5) 100 / +10 bonus - Target alone 200 - Guardians 75 bonus Highest payed team wins.
