I've unfortunately been getting them as well and it's really infuriating because I just want to finish Iron Banner and be done with my milestone but it's impossible when you never connect to a match. I have noticed, just personally I don't know if this is actually something that will help most players, that if I have 1 other person with me they usually calm down. If it's 2 or more they start back up again but if I just two person queue into Iron Banner I don't typically get the error.

12 players found and then before the match will start, then zebra and then we are going back to the map screen.

Well the PC player base is small so the bad connections are a bigger problem. The errors is definitely ONLY in iron banner, but the jumping around is players with bad connections. The game is P2P and uses quite a lot of bandwidth for PvP. Iron Banner moving to 6v6 increases this bandwidth load and this is compounded by being matched with people who are further away. In short, Bungie are total pieces of shit for not having servers to host PvP in Destiny 2 and the entire experience is a disaster.
