Control = Control Territory = Hold the Zones (Hint: You get more tokens if you win the match)
How -blam!-ing stupid is this player base? Seriously. I get into a 1v4 with the opposing team near their zone that lasts about 30 seconds. I assume during that time that the 5 remaining people on my team would capture a zone given they had a 5v2. Nope. They're just running around in circles or hiding in the back of the map. Then they bitch about how they don't get enough packages to get the gear they want. Hey dumbass! You get 5 for a win and two for a loss. So why not try and win!?!?!
Each map has two zones that are ideal. Capture those and hold them. You don't need 6 guardians to cap a zone. While you're dancing, the enemy is taking the other zone. If it isn't contested leave 1 or 2 guardians there and engage the enemy. It's not rocket science.
BTW, Having more zones means more points for every kill. Maybe people just don't understand the concept. My favorite is the team that is up like 50 points and then just lets the enemy get a powerplay and pisses away the match.

3 RepliesSorry dude. Most people are calling people like you (who don’t cap constantly) stupid. Like, if you aren’t running back and forth flipping spawn the whole game, a majority of players think you’re stupid and don’t know how to play. Then, they come on here to rage and claim that they’re the only ones that know how to play control. I tried to anchor our spawn in one game. I held A the entire time. I finished with like 12 kills and 2 deaths or something, but only 1 capture. We won, but I still got a shitty message from a teammate calling me a scrub, and telling me that I need to learn how to play and to stop camping. There is no winning here. Just try to have fun and kick some ass.
