Yeah, that's one way to look at it. For me it is infuriating to know, that no matter how good you can become there is still nothing you can do against a full stack, yet the game puts you against full stacks! Because times to kill are long. There is only two ways to solve this problem: complete rebalace of TTK and with it every ability, move speed, regen speed, melee speed, ults, power weapons, basically a new game. Or simply give solo players permanent Mercenaries/Lone Wolves playlist and Rumble.
