Remove screen shake from Hardight.... purely so more will use it. Personally I has no issue with it but apparently many no believers do. And can we also have HCR, and that disco ball I've asked for since D1.

I always felt that Hardlight should get that shake reduction, but at the same time if not done just right it could become a pain to go up against at range. Auto rifles have stupid range to begin with and the 450 RPM ones are probably the better ones to use at a decent distance. However, reduce that shake too much and it would make it easy for the 600 RPM Hardlight take down people from crazy distances quickly. But most likely, I'm just overthinking it. I tend to do that.

Only auto with a maxed stabilty stat in D1 = Most screen shaky gun in the history of guns. Space magic.
