Example, first you pick a weapon like auto rifle, hand cannon, sniper rifle, etc. Then you buy some random perks that will fill in the slots for that weapon. Then you take the weapon to either Banshee-44 at the tower or to the forge on Mercury. Then legendary shards and weapons parts would be used to craft that weapons with random perks. Same goes for armor buying random armor perks. Then using armor parts (new resource from dismantling armor). And then use legendary shards and armor parts to forge your new armor piece. I believe this method would be great to bring back the “god” rolls back to the players. I know there will be trolls after posting this. So, I will be waiting for those them to criticize my idea. PS no clue if this would balance the fighting style out but it would be a nice start to craft your weapons and armor pieces with this method.
