If you see it, but it just won't download, try clearing your system cache once and then restore licenses again: https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12539 and then https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12181 Note that if you have multiple PSN ID's, you need to be signed in with the one that purchased the pass (or redeemed the code for it if you got a physical edition). It it is not showing for that PSN ID, I would suggest contacting Playstation Support. Sony is the retailer for all digital purchases, and they maintain PSN ID's and their purchase history. Ask them to verify your expansion pass purchase is showing under your account, and then what you have to download to your console to license your stuff.
