Level 20 and 21 Bright/Illuminated engram not able to turn in/see
Level 20 and so far 21, 3rd character, Bright/Illuminated engram not being able to claim, see nor use. Will I get those engrams if this bug is fixed?

If it’s a duplicate character of the same class then I don’t think it’s a bug, at least the way Bungie worded it.
