I did not receive bright engrams
Hello, I did not receive the guaranteed illuminated (bright) engram that drops when you level up on my 3rd playthrough.
Whom do I contact about this? All I know how to do is leave a message in the forums.
Please help!

2 RepliesIt appears that alt(s) of same class do not get the illuminated engram when going from lvl 20-25, according to other posts I’ve seen. Those same posts indicate that after you fill xp bar after hitting lvl 25, you will begin being rewarded illuminated engram again.
