If I login to D2 today without purchasing DLC will there still be new guns in loot pool such as exotics?

I would assume they weren't able to keep new weapons out of the new pool.

Nope. Plus you can't do prestige raid mode, prestige night fall, or trials of the nine.

Prestige mode rewards you what exactly? I’m a little surprised they can separate the loot pools. I will try anyway doing some public events.
