Iron Banner Tokens Turn In Giving Empty Engrams
Dear Bungie,
PC: I turned in about x36 tokens to Saladin and received an Engram however when I clicked collecting to open it received no rewards / it was empty.
Xbox One: This is similar what happened to me on the Xbox during the first Iron Banner.
How prevalent is this bug - and how can I get rewarded the missing engrams?

I think this happens when you turn them in too quickly and receive your "reward" to fast. I saw someone posting about this with the faction rally
