So I tried fixing all of these errors and nothing worked before. I tried DMZ, 2 new routers, forwarding ports, resetting gateway to factory, other DNS servers, and other tweaks. Nothing worked but after I gave up, played Infinite Warfare and coming back, it got fixed somehow. The ports the UPnP opened after playing IW were 3074, 3076, 1200, 2023 (all UDP). After that, it has worked just as fine like before. Just try IW if you have it or a COD game and coming back.
