Framerate drops and stutters with 1080 ti's in SLI [UPDATE 2 Nvidia Driver 388.31]

[UPDATE 2] [url]https://youtu.be/xo9R8m9UV48[/url] Here is a video of me doing the same public event as in the original post after installing the new Nvidia driver. Results seem to be very positive so far. Very happy with my rigs current performance with Destiny 2. [UPDATE] I'm very pleased to report that after installing the new Nvidia driver 388.31, I have ran through a full Crucible match at 3840x2160 with vsync on without dropping a single frame. I'll be sure to run the same Public Event with an uncapped framerate in order to get a true comparison pre and post driver update. Here's a video of a public event running at 3840x2160 with max graphics and the framerate uncapped. Really disappointed in the performance, but is this to be expected with this hardware?
