Hello! My name is DMHSpawns, an admin of [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Groups?groupId=13082]Dead Man’s Hand[/url]. We are a large group with several admins and have noticed a couple of issues with Groups on B.net not allowing people to join that has been going on for over a month now and where only the first listed Admin is receiving requests to join. When a person/s tries to join a Group; that person/s are receiving an error message saying “No active account to receive the request”. This has been going on since the update to fix Groups issues was completed. I wanted to bring some light to the issue and to see if any kind of fix was in the works as it has put quite a damper on our recruitment/group activity. Any insight would be appreciated! [b]First posted about this on November 15th, and a month later issue still is occurring. Also we have found out that we can no longer promote members in our group either.[/b]
