This is for DeeJ and Cozmo...
Ever play Overwatch? Ever check out their forum or the reddit? Papa Jeff is cherished. Communicates with the community through videos or posts. Overwatch has constant changes using the PTR (I understand consoles can't use this method). Then after things are tested they roll out to the masses. Something misses and another patch is right around the corner to make adjustments.
Why can't you and your dev team be more engaging? I understand now it's gone way too far and just about any communication will be slammed with angry players. But isn't that kind of on you for ignoring us? Didn't you create your Twitch studio so you can stream to us? You only ever stream when dlc is coming then silence for months.
Just pointing out how a community manager could be. While you don't need to be the same as Jeff, having a presence with us matters.
Give us updates of changes to come weekly. Things you've noticed us really talk about and why or why not those will be addressed. The TWAB is 95% fluff. Every blue moon you mention possible changes with no dates. Wait until next dlc for some much needed changes while you suffer for the next few events.
Here's an amazing example. Overwatch changed the loot boxes to give less duplicates. Sure that directly hit their pocket books in the negative, but they listened to feedback and responded.
