People complaining about Destiny 2 (get over yourself)
As we all can tell from spending a few minutes browsing these forums. 99% of the posts are people just complaining about the game. (Ironic really because this post is doing the same really.)
What I really don't get are these people moaning about how there is nothing to do in the game. Then you go look at their profile and it says time played 100+ hrs. No wonder there isn't anything left for you to do. This game came out September 6th and so that means in just over 46 days people have played equal to 4.16r days in that length of time.
If your bored of a game that has nothing left to do then how about instead of complaining about it you go do something else. I will be completely honest I stopped playing destiny 2 about 3 weeks ago but that's after playing like 60+ hours.
I'll be back in a month or so when I know more stuff has been released or a decent live event comes around. I swear people expect there to be like 200+ hrs of constant new content. If you can find a game that has then please let me know about it.
Edit: Really funny when I get notified post been liked 15+ times but still showing 0 next to my name. Must of upset some trolls/haters. LOL

1 ReplyThe Stan population of Destiny cracks me up. They over consumed a game at launch and complain about how they want to quit/have already quit. Would you quit anything else that is optional and continue to show up to the place and complain about why you quit. Just leave. No one cares. And the proper feedback forums aren’t utilized for feedback anyways which is why it annoys me the most.

It’s called mob mentality. A group of people decided that they aren’t satisfied with how the game turned out, and made a point to let everyone know. Soon after, other people began to join in, and tried to be all critical about the game, and pretty soon everyone hopped on the bandwagon. Nobody has their own unique opinion anymore, but the opinion of someone else. In my personal opinion, this game is like Star Wars Battlefront. I, and many others, were seriously hyped up for that game, and hoped it would revolutionize the fps genre, after seeing the beautiful visuals and frame rate. What we got was good, but not great. The perfect word to describe it was “disappointing.” Not as good as we had hoped, but still a good game nontheless. And that game certainly wasn’t balanced at he beginning, with DL-44 certainly rising above the rest, yet it still delivered, and it was still enjoyed. I believe this perfectly mimicks the launch of Destiny 2. Not BAD, but disappointing. All totally my opinion, you have the right to think otherwise.

There should still be items or weapons to chase after 500 hours. Shit I played d1 almost 3000 hours and still didn’t have all the weapon rolls I wanted. I got every single weapon on d1 in like 50 hours. We are upset because the series went from chaotic PvP and grinding to casual and boring. It doesn’t even seem like the same series.

I don’t disagree that D2 has issues but the no lifers that spend 300 hrs playing, get every single piece of gear and weapons then flock to the forums to talk shit about there being nothin to do! 1 ReplyHave a god roll imago loop? No, then you can log into D1 and STILL have something to do. Wants boots with extra special ammo, log on to D1 still got something to do. Play D2 completely done after 3 weeks. Nothing to grind for. If you’ve got a scout rifle you’ve got em all. If you’ve got boots, you’ve got em all. If you’ve got a hand cannon, you’ve got em all. As soon as you get one of anything you’re done with it, you’ve got the best roll you can get. That’s it, you’re done. Nothing more to do.

2 RepliesI'm sure it's already been said, but when a new game comes out and it's meant to be focused on multiplayer, 100+ hours should be necessary to make progress. When a Monster Hunter game hits (and these are put out yearly) there's enough to do between farming, grinding and loot whoreing for a player to easily put 200+ hours in and still have things to go and do. If Destiny 2 is meant to last 3 years like it's predecessor the fact that people are out of things to do in 100 hours is pathetic. Kinda like your post here, OP. It's not the fault of the player should they run out of content, especially if you consider this game is supposed to be some sort of flagship of the future of gaming. That's on BUNGiE and Activision.

@Marsh290791 What you and some other people don't get is that many people who plays the game loves the mechanics of the game. I played vanilla D1 eventhough it sucked, just because of pvp, the raid, my friends and the shouting mechanics. So if someone has clocked 100+ it doesn't mean the game has no flaws. The most critisism people have is that Bungie still seems to beta test the game after 3 years of D1. Plus please don't measure the amount of hours spend on a game with the quality of a game cause as far as I remember I spend about 15 hours on Uncharted 2 and its a brilliant game.

Complaining about Destiny 2 [i]is[/i] the end game! ;D In this regard they've made huge improvements over D1. There was plenty to complain about back then but they've knocked it out of the park this time XD I agree it will get better though. I think we're seeing a lot of divergance from where later D1 changes happened whilst D2 carried on along it's development seperately. It was fun while it lasted it just needed to last a lot longer. :)

Now take that total of hours divided by you 100 hours we played.. How many hours did it take for bungie to make this much BS content? You also got to use the whole 100..because we all know there was 30 hours worth of content.. We just always do it 3 times over to pretend all 3 classes are different from the other..
