Weasel error codes along with a few bees.

I'm getting a lot of error codes and nothing in the networking guide has helped. The connection is already hard-wired (Xbox one, Netgear router) and using UPnP on a cable connection that runs around 15 to 30ms ping with 3ms jitter and zero packet loss. The game is unplayable at this point; it's become worse within the past few days. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
