Been playin d1 more recently and it’s so much better than d2
Getting on to d1 to help some friends through original crota and it’s been fun. Kinda sad when crota level 30 is more fun than Leviathan.

Got a couple Hawkmoon kills, tossed out some sticky justice on those damn bastard shoulder charging asses and even got my nova bomb 3 times in a single Control game.... 3 times!!! Something was always going on and faces were being shot up all the time. Jumped on D2 this morning and didn't even finish the game. Went to timers end on clash.. how to you end a game with the clock running out on CLASH??!! WTF??

The D2 story and PvE Patrol environments are better than D1, but everything else about D1 beats D2 easily. We dropped D2 for raiding. We've gone back to D1 to run enjoyable raids. It's funny, there's not loot to be had for us anymore as we've all maxed that out in D1, so it's all about what is more fun to actually do. D1 Raids have ammo on the ground and enemies to shoot. D2, not so much.

2 RepliesYeah, I was looking at pictures on my Facebook of my D1 characters and thinking how much better they look than my D2 ones. I'm going to start only playing D2 on reset day and just go back to D1 the rest of the time until they fix this turd.

3 RepliesI remember in one of the trailers back in a day how a guardian was charging crota with the sword... while crota was upright and attacking him (long before the mechanics of it were really known). I can't help but laugh. If some guy/girl was in my group trying to pull that, everybody would be goin "Whoah WHOA WHOAh!!!! You can't do that wtf is wrong with you you'll just be getting us all killed over and over doing that! Where'd you get that idea from?" Guardian#2:"Ummmmm.... From the trailer where they show you it's what you do?"

I played D1 last night. So much more fun is pvp is D1 compared to D2. How is that posssible. Wtf did they think.

Yesss I agree. I can actually use hand cannons again. I never got a god roll luna but I'm doing really well with the one I have. I also don't have to hold my teammates hand to stay alive.

So have I D1 vanilla had everything D2 doesn't. It shows what little effort this company put into this game. It's their own fault for constantly changing the game on why they are getting this backlash. No one asked for this Ever, and now gamers are going to have to wait for another 3 years before they get this mess working. Thanks Bungie for the fresh start :)

I never was able to experience the Wrath of the machine raid, I would really enjoy being able to find a group to do it on Xbox... At least that way I'll be having fun and not wasting my time as I currently do in D2...

We played 3 strikes and running around on my Voidwalker, spamming scatter grenades (that actually kill enemies) and nova bombs felt amazing. Using my scout rifle with triple tap, explosive rounds and firefly, all on the same weapon, Telesto and a tripod/grenades and horseshoes rocket launcher made me feel unstoppable. Afterwards, I went into the D2 strike playlist and it was a chore. Everything felt weak and under powered and it just doesn't feel like the Destiny I fell in love with. I think returning cooldown rates and ability damage to D1 levels might at least make the PVE game a lot more enjoyable.

Yeah, finally jumped back to D1 last night too. Solo'd the nightfall , then got a friend to come back over and we ran strikes till 2 am. Solar burn, brawler and chaff! Got on my sunsinger ( i am a titan main), double solars and just had a freakin blast!!!!

3 RepliesI got on to check it out. Went into an on going pvp match with 3 min left. In that time I got 9 kills with a 1.8 k/d. I couldn't even do that in destiny 2 pvp in 15 minutes. It's pathetic what they done to this franchise.

Everything about D1 was better than D2 except how the story was presented. Only thing that really kept me around for so long was crucible. But D2 crucible is absolutely awful so I'll probably go back and play D1 crucible. Plus to this day VoG is still the best raid by far.
