299 powerful engrams
Any idea why my powerful engrams drop at 299? Have 300 in all weapon slots, over 290 in all armor slots, and have even gotten one last week to drop at 300. This week I've gotten two and both dropped at 299.

The same thing as mine. Its one of Bungie thingy to slow down our progress...aka screw us. Its lack of contents so they just screw us instead make enough contents. Other Bungie methods are: - Give the same stuff that we already have...you got gauntlets from Flash point...then you got another gauntlets on your Clan XP..etc - Give the least Gun than we like as 300 reward. Like primary sidearm, grenade launcher. Or...Just piss us off...like give Exotic an gear from Exotic engram...then the next friday Xur sell it.
