Lucky pants are good because they do exactly what they say they do (some other exotics like Stompees clearly havent gotten the memo there) Theyre "good", but not great. The accuracy and reload speed are must-haves for handcannons, and the swap speed buff is great if youre double-running handcannons like Guns A-cayde-o (bad puns are best puns) However they lack a bit of utility because they just dont hit very hard unless youre CONSTANTLY swapping between 2 handcannons. To buff them a bit, Lucky Pants should grant all handcannons the Luck in the Chamber perk

Could instead do something like removes in air accuracy loss on handcannons along with it's current perks. LITC honestly isn't that good the way handcannons are missing and all.
-
They look cool, but maybe just have instant reload as a buff instead, like down below? The idea of LITC is cool, but there was a FWC HC that had firefly and LITC and it would crash your game.
-
How about reload holstered HC, like the Titan Peacekeepers do for SMG's. They do what they say, they just don't do anything useful.

I'll say it: no. I love hand cannons, they were my favorite weapons in D1, hands down, and I had a lot of success with them. In D2, they are pretty good in PvE, downright awful in PvP. So step one should be doing something to hand cannons to even make them a viable PvP option when compared to 450 ARs, 180-200 rpm scouts, and side arms / smgs. Currently, each one of those eclipses them in PvP. Then we can figure out something to do with the Lucky Pants. Luck in the Chamber is not a good option, however. Giving every HC a basically 1/10 chance of having a reasonable TTK is not a good or great option. Add on to that the fact that I (and many others) are violently opposed to any type of RNG factor winning or losing gun fights, and it becomes a bad idea. Something needs to be done to make these in any way better than the Knucklehead, but I don't personlly think this is it. Or that it matters until the global gun type balance is refactored, to be perfectly honest.

Has anyone confirmed that the accuracy increase persists after the “illegally modified holster” message goes away? I ask because I’m pretty sure the initial accuracy boost is permanent, which in my opinion makes them one of the best exotics in Destiny 1 or 2. What I’m saying is, I think they’re already really good.
-
The accuracy buff should be a constant passive, not for only 3 seconds after u swap, and they should give u increased hand cannon reserve ammo.
-
That will be broken tbh, luck in the chamber on hc? There is a rare that 2 taps, imagine what that turns into
-
I’m a hunter, and I approve of this message. I’d also take the reload perk of the peacekeepers for handcannons.
-
That would be great. Mainly because I almost always use lucky's.

Brilliant!

Shit I like that.... Too much you want to nerf something riiip
