Okay...I really want to know what went through the minds of Bungie making this weapon. It's garbage. Like it's literally useless. Why even is it in the game? Sure, it's a fun weapon to just -blam!- around with but it provides no practical use to it.
That's defiantly a weapon that needs a buff. Buff the damage and the blast radius. Make it a consistent 2 hit weapon in PvP. It's a freakin grenade launcher for god sakes. Regardless if it's in the energy weapon slot

Oh, wait till Bungie nerf everything else to the point Fighting lion become the most OP meta gun and this forum is flooded with a truck load with salt and tons of whining/ crying post and begging Bungie to nerf this gun or they are going to quit. This gun is the sleeping lion waiting to be awaken on the arrival reset day of D2 Nerfpocalype patch, on the same night it will claim its throne and be crowned king. Remember the No land beyond?

I have used this weapon pretty excessively and honestly the only buffs it needs is some kind of "elemental reactivity" so it's equally as effective against all shields and offers the pop effect, also the addition of a swap speed buff from direct impacts would solidify it's spot in my build forever.

I'll just leave this here.

I think it’s actually one of the best exotics imo, it is a truly unique weapon, looks boss with the ornament (jade dragon) and encourages a different play style especially in crucible.

Bungie was too afraid of making the weapon actually decent in PvP. That's what happened.

Really, i have wanted to complain about this gun as well, but then i was like... it doesnt even matter... The games so terrible in gemeral whats the point. They need to fix their game before they fix this gun.

Myself I think it was a piss take, the design looks great but In combat it's totally useless.
-
It has to be a practical joke.

The basic idea is that Fighting Lion is NOT intended to actually kill the enemies, it stuns them to make primary weapon kills way easier. Think of it like a Flashbang launcher.
