So, I've been around since the beginning. I remember first being told about Destiny, looking up art of the classes, and that was all I needed to get hooked. I was addicted to the first game, I spent hours and hours playing it, did almost every raid at least once, had armor sets for my factions, had almost all the exotics. I remember how excited I was when Rise of Iron came out. I despise Crucible but forced myself to play to get the armor. I'm a huge medieval and wolf fan and the armor and guns always looked so amazing. Rise of Iron was my favorite expansion by far, and when I heard Banner was coming back I was excited. I wanted to get the armor for at least two of my characters, but after putting in a good 15+ hours in Iron Banner, I'm just..sad by this crap system. I've gotten the darn SMG at least 4+ times, and I've got 3 armor pieces so far. 15 packages, 3 armor pieces. Really? Shadow of War just came out, and I'm actively forcing myself to play iron banner to try and get the armor instead of something I actually am enjoying. At this rate I feel like Bungie should just give every armor set in IB as an apology to players and next time fix the loot rate/drop system. Also, taking away the light mattering..I'm half and half with that. It basically takes away the one thing that made Iron Banner different from normal crucible besides the loot. Saladin is all about proving yourself, and the more powerful the better your chance. Well, that's just another drop in this massive outrage for Iron Banner, I just had to put my two cents in because of how frustrating it is.
