Lost all raid keys, second time this happens, video with proof
Check the video above. Showing keys at 0:33. Keys disappeared at 5:20. I took a while to leave the raid cause we were looking for a way to return to the beginning without having to go to orbit.
The video is long but I could not cut anything so I could prove I never left the character nor did something strange that could justify the keys gone missing.
This is the second time it happened, last Tuesday I had the same issue: finished the raid, got all 3 keys, went to orbit and, when I come back to the raid, all keys are gone. I never changed character, never left the group. All I have is this character and another Hunter that was migrated from D1 and I barely touched it when the game released. I'm the only one who lost the keys in the group.
I know Bungie has posted a topic sep/28 but the issue has nothing to do with logging in another character as you can see in the video. Played on PS4.

Monday night (Oct.9th) I went into the raid at calus checkpoint and still had all of my keys. After beating Calus I even received my 3rd key and I lost them immediately after returning to orbit and going back into the raid to find the chests. (Note that this all happened BEFORE reset)

Same issue, just posted about it. Finished the raid Tuesday night, keys appears on screen and even saw them in the inventory during the raid. When we went back in to get the chests they were gone.

2 RepliesI have exactly the same issue as GabZero and virtually the same circumstances. All keys were lost last Tuesday after reset and again all 3 were lost on Wednesday. Both times I completed the raid, went to orbit and then the team went straight back for the chests. Given the amount of time and effort involved in completing the raid, I expect to be compensated. Bungee need to issue a statement other than this is a known issue. What do you intend to do about it? Time goes by and we struggle to level up while our teammates get more loot. Not acceptable
